Why isn't it 100% Uptime? To get the cost of this plan down we put more sites per box than our corporate site offering. The additional sites don't cause any significant problem in itself, however if other users have coding errors (or purposely try to attack the server) it will effect your site performance and reliability. The flexible site includes our self healing technology and most still average 99.9+ % availability, however you will encounter more trouble than our other hosting plans. You can always upgrade in the future to a corporate account.
