Our focus is on optimizing retail ecommerce sites. We blog (and Tweet) about search engine and social media marketing, design and optimization of ecommerce sites. Our experience is that many experts in web marketing have lots of products and services for sale and expertise in web marketing as it relates to marketing web marketing products, not how to leverage an ecommerce site for maximum ROI and sales.
We have over twelve years of experience maximizing ROI for ecommerce sites. At the present time, we are a full-time CTO for a large ecommerce site, and have a few after-hours clients. We do not currently take on new clients.
We operate this blog both to establish a presence for the time when we will "quit our day job" and again establish an ecommerce practice with outside clients and also because we immensely enjoy the opportunity to chronicle interesting finds that relate to maxmizing ecommerce ROI, both to "bookmark" and document items that help us in our current occupation and to help the retail ecommerce community at large.
